Terms of Service
Last modified: October 17, 2026
1. Introduction
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of coinswap, including its website, user interface, and any features or services made available through it (collectively, the “Services”).
The Services are operated by TODO, an individual developer operating from Australia (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
2. Description of the Services
coinswap is being developed as a multichain decentralized exchange interface intended to facilitate interactions with cryptocurrency tokens and decentralized finance protocols across supported EVM-compatible blockchain networks.
Depending on development progress and availability, the Services may include:
- Connecting compatible cryptocurrency wallets.
- Viewing token information, market data, and swap quotes.
- Preparing and submitting cryptocurrency swap transactions.
- Accessing existing Uniswap liquidity pools where compatible deployments and integrations are available.
- Accessing our own smart contracts and liquidity pools as these are developed, tested, and deployed.
- Accessing other supported decentralized finance features introduced in the future.
The Services are under development. Not all planned features are currently available, and references to future functionality do not constitute a promise that a particular feature will be launched.
Only networks, tokens, contracts, and features expressly supported by the live interface should be treated as available.
We do not claim that Uniswap or any other third-party protocol endorses, sponsors, or is affiliated with coinswap unless an authorized relationship has been expressly established.
3. Eligibility and Legal Compliance
You may use the Services only if you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms and your use is permitted by applicable law.
You are responsible for determining whether accessing or using the Services is lawful in your jurisdiction.
You must not use the Services to violate applicable laws, evade sanctions, facilitate fraud, launder money, finance terrorism, or engage in other unlawful activities.
We may restrict access to particular features or jurisdictions where required by law or reasonably necessary to address legal, security, or operational risks.
Nothing in these Terms authorizes you to use the Services in a manner prohibited by applicable law.
4. Wallet Connections and User Responsibility
The Services may allow you to connect a compatible cryptocurrency wallet.
Unless expressly stated otherwise for a particular feature, you control your wallet and are responsible for its security, private keys, recovery phrases, and transaction approvals.
You must:
- Protect your wallet credentials and recovery phrase.
- Verify that you are using the correct website.
- Confirm the blockchain network and token addresses.
- Review transaction amounts, recipients, fees, and other transaction details before signing.
- Ensure that you understand the transaction you authorize.
We will never ask you to disclose your wallet recovery phrase or private keys through our website.
Connecting a wallet does not, by itself, mean that we hold your assets or control your wallet. The actual custody arrangements depend on the functionality and contracts involved.
You are responsible for transactions authorized through your wallet, subject to any rights or remedies available under applicable law.
5. Third-Party Protocols and Integrations
The Services may integrate with third-party protocols, including Uniswap, and may rely on external wallet providers, RPC providers, APIs, blockchain indexers, and other infrastructure.
The availability of a third-party integration depends on technical compatibility, supported networks, liquidity, provider requirements, and applicable terms.
We may use a third-party API or interact directly with deployed protocol contracts, depending on the integration selected.
Third-party protocols and services operate independently of our website. Their terms, technical rules, fees, and security characteristics may differ from ours.
We do not control independent third-party protocols merely because our interface provides access to them.
Where a transaction interacts with a third-party protocol, execution is governed by the relevant contracts, transaction parameters, and blockchain network.
6. Our Own Smart Contracts and Liquidity Pools
We may develop and deploy our own smart contracts, factory contracts, liquidity pools, or other decentralized finance infrastructure.
These components may be introduced progressively and may operate separately from third-party protocols.
The deployment of our own contracts does not automatically connect them to Uniswap liquidity or make them available on every supported network.
Before interacting with a contract, you should verify its address, network, intended functionality, and any relevant security disclosures made available through our website.
Smart contracts may contain vulnerabilities, bugs, or design limitations. Their operation may result in transaction failures, inaccessible assets, or financial losses.
We will not describe a contract as audited, verified, immutable, or secure unless the relevant claim is accurate and supported by appropriate evidence.
7. Transactions, Prices, and Execution
The Services may display estimated prices, token balances, swap quotes, liquidity information, and transaction previews.
Such information may change before a transaction is executed.
You acknowledge that:
- Displayed prices and quotes are not guarantees of execution.
- Slippage may cause the final execution price to differ from the displayed quote.
- Liquidity may be insufficient or unavailable.
- Transactions may fail, remain pending, or be delayed.
- Network congestion and other blockchain conditions may affect execution.
- Transactions submitted to a blockchain may be irreversible.
You are responsible for reviewing the transaction details and settings before authorizing a transaction.
We do not guarantee that a particular transaction will execute successfully or at a particular price.
8. Fees
The Services are intended to launch without platform-imposed swap fees.
This statement does not mean that all transactions will be free.
Users may still incur:
- Blockchain network fees.
- Liquidity provider fees.
- Fees imposed by third-party protocols.
- Charges from wallet, routing, bridge, or other external providers, where applicable.
These fees are determined by the relevant network, protocol, or service provider and may change independently of us.
If we introduce platform swap fees, fees associated with our own pools, or other charges in the future, we will disclose the applicable fees and calculation method before they apply, as required by law.
Where required, we will provide notice of material changes to the fee model and obtain any necessary consent.
You should review all available fee information before authorizing a transaction. Failed transactions may still incur blockchain network fees.
9. Digital Asset Risks
Digital assets and decentralized finance services involve substantial risks. You may lose some or all of the value of the assets you transact with or deposit into a liquidity pool.
Relevant risks include:
Market volatility: Token prices may change rapidly and unpredictably.
Liquidity risk: A token or pool may not have sufficient liquidity to support a transaction or withdrawal at an acceptable price.
Slippage and MEV: Transaction execution may be affected by price movements, transaction ordering, front-running, or sandwich attacks.
Smart contract risk: Bugs, exploits, compromised administrative controls, or other vulnerabilities may result in losses.
Token risk: Tokens may be fraudulent, misleadingly named, manipulated, or subject to restrictions imposed by their issuers.
Network risk: Congestion, outages, reorganizations, and other blockchain failures may disrupt transactions.
Stablecoin risk: A stablecoin may lose its intended value or become subject to liquidity, redemption, or issuer-related problems.
Third-party risk: External protocols, wallet providers, APIs, RPC services, bridges, and other infrastructure may fail or be compromised.
Liquidity provider risk: Providing liquidity may result in impermanent loss, changes in token exposure, or losses arising from pool or token vulnerabilities.
Regulatory risk: Changes in laws or regulatory interpretations may affect the availability or legality of certain activities.
You should evaluate these risks independently before using the Services. No statement on the website guarantees a profit, protects you from loss, or ensures that a token will retain its value.
10. No Investment or Financial Advice
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the Services provide technical functionality and general information, not personalized investment, financial, legal, or tax advice.
Token listings, search results, rankings, market information, and displayed prices do not constitute recommendations to purchase, sell, or hold any digital asset.
You are responsible for conducting your own research and assessing whether a transaction is appropriate for your circumstances.
You should obtain independent professional advice where necessary.
11. Prohibited Activities
You must not use the Services to:
- Violate applicable laws, regulations, or sanctions.
- Commit fraud, theft, money laundering, or other unlawful activities.
- Exploit vulnerabilities or interfere with the security of the Services.
- Obtain unauthorized access to systems, contracts, or infrastructure.
- Introduce malicious software or conduct attacks against the Services.
- Circumvent legally required access restrictions.
- Impersonate another person, business, or project.
- Misrepresent a token, contract, or project's identity or functionality.
- Infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
- Interfere materially with the operation or security of the Services.
We may investigate suspected violations and restrict access to our interface where reasonably necessary and legally permissible.
Restricting access to our website does not necessarily disable independent smart contracts or reverse transactions already submitted to a blockchain.
12. Availability and Modifications
We aim to maintain a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
The Services may be unavailable because of maintenance, software updates, blockchain congestion, third-party outages, security incidents, protocol changes, or legal requirements.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law.
We will take reasonable steps to communicate material disruptions where appropriate and practicable.
We cannot guarantee that a transaction can be cancelled, reversed, or recovered after submission to a blockchain.
13. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the original branding, website design, interface elements, text, and other proprietary materials associated with coinswap are owned by or licensed to the operator.
You may use the interface for its intended purpose in accordance with these Terms.
You must not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit proprietary materials without the necessary authorization.
Third-party trademarks, software, protocols, and open-source components remain subject to the rights and licenses of their respective owners.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of third-party intellectual property to us or to you.
14. Privacy and Data Protection
Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy:
We process personal information in accordance with applicable data protection law.
Public blockchain transactions may be visible to other network participants and may remain permanently recorded. We generally cannot delete or modify records maintained by independent public blockchain networks.
For information about the personal data we collect, how we use it, and the rights available to you, please review our Privacy Policy.
15. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time.
We may suspend or restrict access to our interface where reasonably necessary to address security risks, suspected unlawful activity, material violations of these Terms, or legal and regulatory requirements.
Where appropriate and legally permissible, we will provide notice of significant restrictions.
Suspension of the interface does not necessarily suspend independent smart contracts, prevent blockchain transactions through other interfaces, or reverse previously submitted transactions.
You remain responsible for obligations and transactions arising before you stop using the Services.
16. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee that:
- The Services will always be available or uninterrupted.
- Market data, token information, or quotes will always be accurate or current.
- Transactions will execute successfully.
- Digital assets will retain their value.
- Smart contracts or third-party protocols will be free from vulnerabilities.
- Every wallet or EVM-compatible network will be supported.
We do not warrant the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of information supplied by independent third parties.
Nothing in these Terms excludes a statutory right, warranty, or protection that cannot lawfully be excluded.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of the Services.
Subject to applicable law, this may include losses associated with market movements, transaction failures, network outages, or failures of independent third-party protocols.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Any limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law and does not remove rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
18. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you are responsible for claims, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Services, your material violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights.
This section does not require you to indemnify us for our own unlawful conduct or for any liability that cannot lawfully be transferred to you.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our Services, integrations, fee model, technical architecture, or legal obligations.
The updated version will be published on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or obtain any necessary consent before changes take effect.
If you do not agree to revised Terms, you must stop using the affected Services.
20. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
The governing law and dispute-resolution arrangements for these Terms are to be confirmed before publication.
They will be selected with regard to the operator's location, the nature of the Services, applicable regulatory requirements, and any mandatory rights available to users.
Nothing in these Terms prevents a user from exercising a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
21. General Provisions
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
Our failure to enforce a provision does not automatically waive our right to enforce it later.
These Terms and the policies expressly incorporated into them govern your use of the Services.
Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, employment relationship, agency, or fiduciary relationship unless such a relationship is expressly established or required by law.
